Dr. Zohreh Adavi
Researcher,
GFZ Helmoltz-Zentrum für Geoforschung
Zohreh Adavi completed her PhD at TU Wien, where her research focused on optimizing GNSS tomography techniques to better retrieve the wet part of the troposphere. Her expertise lies at the intersection of atmospheric science and environmental monitoring, utilizing data from GNSS satellites (direct and reflected signals), meteorological sensors, and weather models. Currently, she is a researcher at GFZ, where she develops GNSS remote sensing applications for severe weather detection, climate analysis, and environmental studies.
