Epco Berger is the CEO of TotaLite, a real-time optical deformation monitoring company delivering millimetric insight into structural and ground behaviour. 

Using compact, camera-based sensors and cloud software, TotaLite enables continuous, remote monitoring of infrastructure and assets without the cost or  complexity of traditional surveying systems. A Fugro company operating independently, TotaLite helps engineers reduce uncertainty, improve safety, and extend the life of critical assets worldwide.

A serial builder of products, teams and businesses, Epco began his career at Boeing, Airbus and Philips before founding DashTag, a sports-tech startup giving teenage football players professional-grade performance stats, which was successfully acquired. He went on to co-found PureGrit, a collective of seasoned founders helping startups reach their next milestone faster.

Outside of work, Epco is a keen traveller and marathon runner.
