We started as a small Scan2BIM company and quickly realized that standard project management tools were not enough for scaling operations internationally. As the number of projects, employees, subcontractors, and countries grew, we began developing our own ERP system tailored specifically for Scan2BIM workflows and production management. We built the system directly in code instead of using existing boxed or low-code ERP solutions, because they were not flexible enough for our operational needs. The platform now covers: project and workflow management, internal teams and subcontractors, deadlines and execution control, KPI and motivation systems, equipment tracking, work schedules, travel expenses, financial processes and receivables, production analytics. Today we continue expanding the platform into a full ecosystem for Scan2BIM, architecture, and design studios by integrating: BIM viewers, task trackers, collaboration tools, This presentation is our practical experience of building a scalable operational ecosystem that enabled us to deliver more than 2,000 projects and 1 million m² across the US, UAE, and the European Union.
